Booking terms
These conditions govern all bookings made with Second Nature trading under:

Registered in England under the numbers provided above, with registered offices at 109 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 0NQ.
You (“you”, “the booker”, “guests”) accept these conditions on behalf of all members of your party, whether you are booking as a guest or on behalf of others. In addition, by visiting or using our website you agree to comply with the Site Terms.
Confirming your table
Once we receive your booking request, we will confirm availability and your reservation. A request is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the relevant Winnie’s Café team.
Some bookings may have specific requirements, including a deposit, minimum spend, set menu or time limit. We will explain these before confirming your booking. We reserve the right to refuse a booking where reasonably necessary.
Changes and cancellations
If your plans change, please contact the café you booked as soon as possible. Changes remain subject to availability.
Any cancellation terms that apply to a group, private event or prepaid booking will be shared with you before payment or confirmation.
Special requests and allergies
Please tell us about dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs or other special requests when booking, or as early as reasonably possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to help, subject to availability. Our kitchens handle a range of ingredients, so please speak directly with the team if you have an allergy or intolerance.
Groups and private events
Bookings for groups of 10 or more, private events and Belfast meeting rooms may have separate arrangements covering catering, deposits, guest numbers, timings, cancellation and use of the space. These will be agreed with you before the booking is confirmed.
During your visit
We ask guests to treat our team, other guests and the café with respect. We may refuse service or ask a guest to leave where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive.
The person making a group or private-event booking is responsible for charges agreed for that booking and for material damage caused by their party.
