Winnie’s is an all-day café and dining room. Come in for a slow coffee at 9am or a proper meal at 7pm — the kitchen keeps going.
The food is straightforward and made well. Local produce, seasonal menus, fairtrade coffee. Organic where it makes sense. Not because it looks good on a menu, but because the ingredients are better.
The bar is separate and picks up where the café leaves off. Cocktails, drinks, somewhere to sit when the day rolls into evening and you’re not ready to go back to the room yet.
Everyone working here is paid at least the real Living Wage. That seemed like the right place to start.

Book when you want the table reserved. Good coffee, brunch that runs later than most, and long lunches. In the evening it shifts to seasonal cocktails, low-intervention wine, and food that works just as well at 8pm as it did at noon.
